I am Chef Virtual Uncle and you have entered my kitchen! This website was created as a way for me to learn HTML, while also sharing my love for food and cooking. Throughout these pages, you will find photos of my cooking and perhaps some recipes too!

I am an American living in Denmark. All of my meals are made in my small apartment kitchen using equipment and ingredients I have bought here. Nothing professional or fancy here, we keep it simple and we keep it real. No glitter, all gold, paison.

Like most pages, this website is a work in progress, but hopefully, it will blossom into something fun.
